Spiderman 4 : the film for 2011 ?

The producer Laura Ziskin said the film Spiderman 4 will be publish on United States on 2011, May. The scenario isn’t finish yet, but Sony already paid the rights to Marvel, to use the concept.
Well i just heard of this Spidey 4 thing from a friend like 2 weeks ago didnt really care much for it after the big disaster spiderman 3 was in my opinion its was really bad but my friend did say that Jim Carry is gonna play Carnage i know these arnt hard facts but it shure sounds like Carry would be a perfect match for Kletus Cassidy would definitly give spiderman 4 a chance and go see it if this is true.
