India : 14 dead after heavy rains

Fourteen people died Saturday after rain-related incidents. Rains caused, indeed, at least 14 dead in northern India. Army was put on high alert to evacuate people left homeless or trapped by the flood waters. Every year, thousands of people are killed by flooding : it rains usually like that in India from June to September.
